JobJujutsu runs on your Mac. You install the app from the Mac App Store, and you can buy a Pro licence directly on this website. Either way you are licensed to use the app. You are not buying ownership of it.

If you installed it from the Mac App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. If you bought a Pro licence on this website, the terms on this page are the agreement between you and the developer.

The app is free to download and free to keep. Your vault is never capped. You can store as many claims, receipts and files as you like without paying anything, and back them up and restore them for free.

The one thing you pay for is a clean export. Pro costs $49.99 USD. It removes the "JobJujutsu FREE" mark from resumes and cover letters you save as PDF, and removes the credit line from the Markdown export of your claims.

You pay once. It is not a subscription, there is no renewal date, and there is no account to create. Nothing stops working if you never pay.

If you buy the app on this website, Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the seller. They are what is called a merchant of record: they buy the licence from the developer and sell it on to you, so the sale is theirs and not the developer's. Your contract for that purchase is with Lemon Squeezy, LLC, and the terms on this page cover the app itself and this website.

Because Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the seller, it is their name and not the developer's that appears on your card or bank statement. The charge reads LEMSQZY* followed by the store name. If you see that on a statement and do not recognise it, it is this purchase. Lemon Squeezy also works out and collects any sales tax or VAT owed in the country you are buying from, and shows it to you at the checkout before you pay.

If you installed the app from the Mac App Store instead, Apple is the seller for that purchase and Apple's terms govern it.

How you get a refund depends on where you bought the app, because the two channels have different sellers.

If you bought it on this website: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason at all. You do not have to give one. Email nhannht.official@icloud.com from the address you used to buy. Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the seller, so the refund is issued through them and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take another 5 to 10 working days to show it. Once you are refunded the purchase no longer applies, and your exports carry the free mark again.

If you installed it from the Mac App Store: Apple is the seller and only Apple can refund you. The developer cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have refund rights under consumer law. Nothing here takes those away.

Everything you store in the vault is yours. The developer claims no rights over your claims, evidence, or exports, and, as described in the Privacy Policy, has no access to them.

Verification states describe the evidence you attached; they are bookkeeping, not a legal guarantee. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you export and submit to an employer or platform.

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing overrides the consumer rights of your jurisdiction or the terms of the Apple EULA above.
